Enjoy some pictures sent to us from Nicholas of work being done on the well. He said that it should be finished within the week and that it will serve about 100 people.

We have just heard today that they are getting ready to line the new well with concrete which means the well will be finished shortly. Will post some pictures once we get them.

We have finished getting all the computer files ready to burn for the menus, film and special features for "The Faith Line" DVDs. Now we just have to get the rest of the supplies before we are ready to start burning copies. We have also been making headway on the distribution for the DVDs. Nothing we can tell you yet though.

We just submitted both "The Faith Line" and "Thank You" to the Oneota Film Festival taking place this coming March in Decorah, IA. We will know by early February if either of them get accepted.

We are happy to announce that we have finished editing the deleted scenes section for the DVD release. Sometime in early 2015, you will not only be able to watch the film again but also see seven deleted scenes from the film.

I thought I would give you all an update on the money we raised for Rev. Salifu during the showing of "The Faith Line." We are still working to get the money wired over to him but I have been told what the money will be helping with.  The money raised is going to be used to make a new well for a village near Bansakpanatenga. The village is home to about 50 people, many who are often sick because they do not have clean water. Below are some photos of what their well currently looks like. Will post more on this project as Nicholas sends me information.

We are happy to announce that we have finished editing the blooper reel for the DVD release of "The Faith Line" coming in early 2015. Stay tune for more info and updates in the coming months.

Nicholas Salifu, a missionary in Ghana, West Africa. We are happy to announce that we will be sending two dollars of every ticket price to help him in his work to spread the gospel. This is just a reminder to everyone in the Waverly area about the poster picture contest that we have going. Over the last week, posters have been hung up in Waverly, Denver, Shell Rock, Waterloo and Cedar Falls. The second part of The Last Days Trilogy, the film trilogy that started Brothers in Christ Productions, is now on our YouTube Channel. For those of you in the Waverly area that are attending Revibe this Saturday, you may run into Brothers in Christ Productions as I will be there doing some video work for them. Also be on the lookout for some of our posters promoting "The Faith Line" release at the event including a never before seen poster.

We have officially submitted "The Faith Line" into the 2015 Christian Worldview Film Festival taking place in San Antonio, TX. Now we wait to see if it will be selected to be part of the festival.

Brothers in Christ Productions is happy to announce that after over a year of post-production on "The Faith Line" we finished the final watched through of the film last night and have called it complete and ready for the big screen. Brothers in Christ Productions needs your help. We have entered a contest where we were to tell about a film project that we would like to make. We are happy to announce that Jon Denner of Miracle Studios has completed all of his work on the visual effects for the film pushing us one step closer to completion of the project.

We are excited to announce that a second song by Jake Epley's group Redeeming Rebels will briefly be heard in the film. The Movie itself is very near completion and we can't wait to reveal more news as we move closer to our release this October.

Finished the next round of tweaks on "The Faith Line". Getting ready to do another watch through to see if there is anymore adjusting that still needs to be done as we wait for the final visual effect shot to be completed.

We have just uploaded this year's Great Saga performance to our YouTube Channel. If you haven't seen it before, it is an amazing drama of God's plan to save humanity put on by one of the local churches. We are happy to announce that Jacob Lewis, from DigitalFire Media, has completed his work on the visual effects for the film. All the shots he worked on came out amazing but the best was the company logo he created, which will be seen at the start of the film. Visual effect work still continues by one other artist at this time but we are getting much closer to this part of post-production being completed.

This past weekend we had a sneak preview showing of "The Faith Line" at a family reunion. While there were several places that we found still needed to be tweaked the reviews were mostly good with the family laughing and cheering on the main characters while also commenting on the excellent story. We look forward to continuing work on the project this month with several other cool surprises in the works.

Just finished filming a short interview for our upcoming film, "The Faith Line." While we aren't going to reveal what the interview was about quite yet we can tell you that we are very excited about it and the role that it will play.

We are happy to announce that we have completed a first pass at adjusting the audio levels for the entire movie. Now we are moving on to the process of audio cleaning. This is mainly just removing many of the camera and tripod noises that are picked up so that they don't distract you as you watch the film.

We are now happy to announce that "The Faith Line" will be released sometime this October. We won't have an exact date for quite some time though.

We are pleased to announce that Sara Roth, lead composer on "The Faith Line" has finished composing her part of the original score on the film. Now we move to the final music edit of getting everything put into the film and adjusted. Also for those of you who have been waiting for the reveal that was promised. We have been have some issues uploading the image but don't worry we are still trying to get it up for you.

We are happy to inform you that we have everything fixed now on our new drive and are finally able to get back to editing the film.

Update on film data. We are closer than ever to being able to start editing the film again with the data on our new drive. Just have some minor things to get corrected and figured out first. Continue to pray that we get these things fixed soon so editing can resume.

Work continues on restoring the data to the new drive while we save up to recover the data from the old drive. If all works out like we are hoping it will, we should be back at work editing the film within a week or so. Meanwhile, a lot has been happening music wise that I look forward to sharing with you in the coming months and visual effects continue very slowly until I can get back to editing.

Please continue to pray for healing and for the family of one of our actresses in the movie as her mom continues to not do well with her health.

A year ago today cameras first rolled on "The Faith Line" for day one of principal photography. To celebrate this day we have put together a slideshow of behind the scenes pictures from the film. Below, enjoy this brief interview with Sara Roth. Sara is one of the main people composing original music for the film.   How did you first become involved with the project? I received an email from the theatre department at the University of Northern Iowa that there was a need for extras in a off campus student film. I then contacted Micah and also informed him that I was studying music composition at the University. What was your reaction to seeing the rough cut of the film and the scenes that you would be composing music for? I was very excited to see the film and thought it was very well put together and a very good length. There were many parts that I imagined would work well with music What has been the process that you have gone through in writing each scene? After viewing each scene I evaluated the emotion and action that was being conveyed and tried to communicate that with the chord structures and melodies of Anna Versemann's two musical themes th

Well for now recovering the data is going to have to wait until I can save up the money to pay for it. In the meantime I will be buying a second external hard drive that I can load all the footage on and hopefully get back to work sometime next week on the film.

A MOST URGENT AND DIRE PRAYER REQUEST! The external hard drive that I had been storing all footage, pictures, audio and visual effects for "The Faith Line" along with all other video projects myself or Brothers in Christ Productions has worked on in the past has become corrupted. We are in the process of trying to recover if possible all of the data but the process is time-consuming and costly to do which means it could be sometime before work can be done on "The Faith Line". Please pray that not only will we if possible be able to recover all data from the drive, but that it will take less time than estimated to do it.

If you haven't yet checked out our 2014 Demo Reel, make sure you do. The music for the reel was originally composed for it by Sara Roth. She is one of three people that has been working on composing the original score for "The Faith Line" which is coming out later this year.

More exciting news! This time from the music standpoint of the film. First work continues as scheduled on the original score for the film. Also, with the help of one of our actors we have successfully secured the rights to use a song in the film.

After much waiting, I am pleased to share the link to Jonathan Bocinsky's first short film "Fighter". Jonathan plays Austin in "The Faith Line" and while you will have to wait until this fall to see him run the track you can watch him battle Satan in this epic short film. Fighter
